SELF
As I sit in a room, all alone, staring at the wall feeling empty on the inside, I see my liveliness evaporating away into the air and the heartfelt smile melting away. I feel my heartbeat amplify, my neck being strangled as the sword of loneliness stabs its way inside me. The tears gush out of my lacrimal glands, I shut my eyes tight and exhale strongly freeing my choking throat. Gradually the heartbeat normalises and I feel calm, breathing a sigh of relief. Now I open my eyes to see myself sitting in a crowded classroom with people running around, shouting, throwing chalks at each other and a group of brainiacs reading between the lines of NCERT(textbooks). That's when I realise that the loneliness is inside me. It's always what we feel on the inside, be it loneliness, insecurities, underestimations, etc, that tends to reflect on the outside world. How many of us really take time and talk to ourselves to- check on our feelings, type of thoughts, progress, setbacks; to strengthen our self-confidence and motivate ourselves to reach our best potential?
That's one important aspect for which “Mr Bean'' is an inspiration. Mr Bean never really needed company. He and his teddy were his whole world and thus he led his life forever laughing. This proves that if we have a happy and healthy relationship with ourselves(mental self), the world surrounding us will seem extra beautiful and joyful. Thus we can always wear a smile which is indeed the best jewel ;)
It feels just awesome after reading your wonderful blog👌😃

DeleteIt's indeed true! One has to take time to unwind the strangled complexes we create for ourselves, take time to be happy and learn to love ourselves.
